We see ourselves as creative consultants for you as our customers and candidates and offer the Extra Mile All Round Service every day in order to support your success, limit risks and shape the future as best we can. For this we have been rewarded with longstanding customer relationships. Understanding the contents of a job profile and formally presenting suitable candidates is not enough. A profound understanding of the market as well as the human and cultural “fit” makes the crucial difference. Even if algorithms can fill job vacancies today, establishing long-term partnerships still requires experienced market players with empathy and business sense.
Sustainability in our placements is also important to us. We therefore try to engage in intensive “expectation management” before any placement and gather detailed feedback from both sides after every interview. Apple founder Steve Jobs once called this a “collaborative hiring process”. After the placement we can continue to mentor you if you wish with the Onboarding coaching that we have developed together with our external partner Janna Hoffmann from the VIA practice for Conflict Management. The objective is to become familiar with and adapt to the culture of the new workplace and the possible new role as well as breaking down barriers to integration and therefore ensuring long-term success.
